This article is a summary of the publications made on how to reduce the level of noise at the early stages, there have been developments of reduced noise techniques as a result of the exploration of the science of acoustic (Cliff Kaminsky, 2011). It has proved that the infinite technique used to predict noise, the FEM or BEM, the boundary element technique are the only accurate and reliable ways of approximation noise. However, this paper research touches on the low and moderate frequencies structure of noise. If these methods have proved to be applicable in the low and medium, it is practically applicable in the high frequencies as well. In predicting structure bone noise, statistical energy technique has been proved to be an important tool as one of the recent SEA/FEM hybrid methods. Further research has shown that the hybrid methods can be used more appropriately in predicting noise with broader frequencies ranges than it was known previously. This will assist the NVH engineer to optimize the new interior trim concept and make a significant contribution to save time and cost (Cliff Kaminsky, 2011).
